(1) Before installation, all parts or components to be installed should be checked again and recorded.
(2) Remove the burrs in various parts, especially the sharp corners.
(3) All parts should be carefully cleaned before installation, and beware of impurities, dust, dirt, etc. from mixing into the surface of the cooperative room in the pump, so as to avoid scratching the smooth appearance of each cooperative part.
(4) When installing, do not hit, and if you have to hit, you can't directly hit the parts with a hammer, and you should pass through the center (such as a copper rod) to pad.
(5) When installing, beware of the steel ball of the centering tension spring falling off, you can first change the steel ball to clean the butter, so that the steel ball sticks to the inner sleeve of the tension spring or the return plate, and then install. Otherwise, if the steel ball falls into the pump during installation, other parts of the pump will be damaged during work, so that the pump can no longer be repaired, so it is important to pay attention to this.
(6) There is a certain pin on the connecting table between the pump body and the distribution plate, which should not be pulled out under normal circumstances. If the end face of the distribution plate is pulled out due to grinding, pay attention to the accurate orientation of the positioning pin to the pin hole on the pump body when reinstalling, and the oil absorption cannot be normal if it is installed incorrectly. As shown in Figure X, if hydraulic pump works normally (according to A direction), then positioning pin is necessary to be installed in hole 1; if hydraulic pump works in reverse (according to B direction), then positioning pin is necessary to be installed in hole 2; if hydraulic pump should be made into hydraulic motor application, then regardless of forward rotation or rotation, positioning pin is necessary to be installed in hole 3.
(7) After the variable head is installed, it should be adjusted freely within 0°~21°, and the bevel angle of the final adjustment variable head should be 20°30 ́, and a layer of clean mechanical oil should be applied to the surface with the surface roughness that meets the requirements.
(8) When tightening the screws, they should be interspersed with symmetrical and uniform force, tightened in stages, and roll the pump shaft by hand on one side to ensure that the rolling is sensitive and stable, and there is no obstruction of light and heavy differences.
