The Principle Of Operation Of Agricultural Sprayers

The principle of agricultural sprayers can be divided into four types:

1. Bernoulli's principle

Bernoulli's principle says that in a fluid, the flow velocity is large and the pressure is small, and the flow velocity is small and the pressure is strong. The fluid flows automatically from high pressure to low pressure. When passing through the tri-pronged tube, the low-velocity flowing water flows to the high-velocity flowing air. The water is torn into small drops by high-velocity air (imagine the water coming out of a faucet, which is slow at first, is a column of water, but then gradually increases the speed and becomes a drop). These small droplets of water are sprayed out and become fog.

2. The principle that the high-speed water flow splits into small water droplets after hitting an obstacle

It is based on the principle that water is pressed into a thin pipe to cause a high-speed water flow, and the high-speed water flow splits into small water droplets after hitting an obstacle. It's like turning on a faucet and plugging it with your fingers. Household sprayers mostly use this structure, and the cost is low.

3. The principle of centrifugal force throwing the liquid out

It is a high-speed rotating atomization disc that uses centrifugal force to throw the liquid out and tear it into small droplets, similar to when an umbrella rotates.

4. The principle of ultrasonic atomization

Vibrations can cause "waves" on the surface of the water, and the frequency of ultrasound vibrations is very high, so the wavelength of its "waves" is very small, so its "waves" - small water droplets are also very small, and these small water droplets become fog.
