Axial piston pump failure and troubleshooting
Leave a message
The pressure gauge pointer is unstable when the axial piston pump is working
(1) The oil distribution pan and the cylinder block or between the plunger and the cylinder block are seriously worn, so that the internal and external leakage is too large.
Solution: Check and repair the mating surface of the oil distribution pan and the cylinder block, grind and match the single cylinder, replace the plunger, tighten the screws at each connection to eliminate leakage.
(2) The oil inlet pipe is blocked, the oil suction resistance becomes larger, and the air leakage may cause the pressure gauge pointer to be unstable.
Solution: The oil inlet pipe is blocked, the liquid flow resistance is large, the oil pipeline can be dredged to wash the inlet filter, check and tighten the connecting screw of the oil inlet pipe section, and eliminate the air leakage.
Axial piston pump flow is insufficient
(1) The oil level of the oil tank is too low, the oil pipe, oil filter is blocked, the resistance is too large and the air leakage, etc.
Solution: Check the oil level height of the fuel tank. It should be added when it is insufficient. Clogged tubing and filter should be dredged and cleaned. Check and tighten the screws at each connection to rule out air leakage.
(2) The oil pump is not filled with oil before operation, and air is left.
Solution: Fill the oil from the oil return port of the oil pump and remove the air in the oil pump.
Severe oil leakage from axial piston pumps
(1) The sealing of the joints of the oil pump is poor, such as the sealing ring is damaged.
Solution: Check the seals at the joints of the oil pump and replace the sealing rings.
(2) Excessive wear between the oil distribution pan and the cylinder block or between the plunger and the contract worker's body.
Treatment: Grinding the contact surface between the oil pan and the cylinder block, and grinding the cylinder block and the plunger pair.
