How to use the pressure regulating valve of the spraying plunger pump

The method of adjusting the pressure of the spraying three-cylinder plunger pump is as follows:
1. There is a nut at the small plastic cap hexagonal screw at the pump head position of the spraying three-cylinder plunger pump, which mainly plays a locking role;
2. After turning the nut, you can hear the sound of oil leakage, which is the sound made by the system's safety valve when the hydraulic oil passes through;
3. After adjusting the safety valve, adjust the screw of the pump head to adjust the pressure to the set value, and you can connect the pressure gauge to observe;
4. Turn the safety valve clockwise to adjust a certain angle.

Note:
1. When the oil level of the plunger pump is lower than the lower limit of the regulations, the oil carrying capacity of the crankshaft and the connecting rod will decrease, resulting in insufficient oil supply between the bearing and the journal, and unable to form a satisfactory lubricating oil film, which will cause adhesion and wear. If the oil is not added in time, the bearing and the journal will be dry-grinded.
2. During installation and commissioning, it is necessary to ensure that the connection between the liquid plunger pump and the pressure regulating valve is firm to prevent problems such as liquid leakage or excessive pressure.
