(2) Optimize the appearance of the boom cylinder and plunger pump to reduce the operating pressure of the system. After optimization calculation, the boom cylinder is selected as the standard series 80/4. The displacement of the piston pump has been improved from 10ml/r to 14ml/r, and the system has a set pressure of 14MPa, which meets the lifting force and speed requirements of the boom cylinder.
(3) In the process of use, we should also pay attention to the accurate use and protection of the loader, regularly increase or replace the hydraulic oil, adhere to the cleanliness of the oil, and strengthen the usual inspection and protection.
