What Is The Standard For The Classification Of Sprayers And Their Uniformity?

There is no unified regulation on sprayers and their classification standards in the world. On the other hand, due to a country or different regions of a country, there are many kinds of crops, diseases, insects and weeds, and the cultivation system, spraying machinery, pesticide dosage form and application method are also different, so it is difficult to find a more suitable division standard. According to the amount of spraying liquid volume required, it is represented by the names of high capacity, medium capacity, low capacity, very low capacity and ultra-low capacity. According to the national situation, field crops and ground biting fog are divided into six capacity levels according to the amount of spraying liquid per mu, and the standards are as follows:

The sprayer high-capacity spraying method sprays more than 40 liters of liquid per mu;

Medium-volume spraying method sprays 10-40 liters per mu;

The low-volume spraying method sprays 1-10 liters per mu;

Very low volume spraying method: 0.3-1 liter per mu spraying liquid;

The ultra-low volume spray method sprays 66-333 ml per mu;

The ultra-low volume spray method sprays less than 66 ml per mu.

The diameter of the droplets atomized by the low-volume spray method is 180-200 microns, and the effective concentration is 1-5%;

The diameter of the droplets atomized by the very low volume spray method is 100-200 microns, and the effective concentration is 5-10%;

The droplet diameter of the sprayer ultra-low volume spray method is 80% 10-75 microns, and the effective concentration is 25-50%.
