In order to adapt to various forms of spraying work, the working pressure of large and medium-sized sprayers varies greatly and the spray volume varies greatly, therefore, the pressure regulating valve must be used to adjust the required working pressure and spray volume.

The regulator is composed of a pressure regulating wheel, an adjustment handle, a return water body, a valve, a push rod, a spring support, a spring, etc.

The working process of the pressure regulator: rotate the pressure regulating wheel to adjust the spring expansion and contraction amount to increase or decrease the pressure on the valve, and change the flow rate through the valve when the liquid is returned, so as to achieve the purpose of adjusting the working pressure and spray volume.

When working properly, the liquid pump discharges a certain amount of liquid. When there is a blockage in the spray pipeline or nozzle, the working pressure increases. When the pressure exceeds the pressure of the spring on the valve, the liquid rises along the return pipe of the elevated valve until the liquid pressure balances with the spring pressure and acts as a safety valve.

The pressure regulator is also equipped with a pressure regulating handle, which slides along the inclined plane through the pin, and the spring support is manipulated to move up and down, so that the valve is in a state of pressure relief or pressurization, which is convenient for short-distance transfer or troubleshooting in the field without stopping.
