Some problems with piston pumps are handled

There are two reasons for the excessive heat of the piston pump, one is the friction of the machine. Since the moving appearance is in a state of dry friction or semi-dry friction, the moving parts rub against each other to generate heat. The second is the heat generation of liquid friction. The high-pressure oil leaks into the low-pressure cavity through various loopholes, and a large amount of hydraulic energy is lost and converted into heat energy. Accurate selection of the gap between moving parts, tank volume and cooler eliminates the signs of excessive heat generation and high oil temperature in the pump. In addition, the back pressure of the oil return is too high due to the blockage of the return oil filter, which will also cause the oil temperature to be too high and the pump body to overheat.
The oil leakage of the piston pump is important for the following reasons: (1) the oil seal of the spindle is damaged or the shaft is defective or scratched; (2) The internal leakage is too large, resulting in an increase in the pressure at the oil seal, and the oil seal is damaged or flushed out; (3) The oil drain pipe is too thin and too long, so that the seal leaks; (4) The external oil pipe of the pump is loose, the pipe is damaged, and the sealing gasket is aging or cracked; (5) The bolts of the variable control mechanism are loose and the seal is damaged; (6) The cast iron pump casing has sand holes or poor welding.
The length of the service life of the piston pump is related to the usual maintenance, the quantity and quality of the hydraulic oil, the cleanliness of the oil, etc. It is also an effective way to prolong the life of the piston pump to avoid the wear of the piston pump friction pair caused by particles in the oil.
In the maintenance of replacement parts should try to use the original production of parts, these parts are sometimes more expensive than other imitation parts, but the quality and stability are better, if you buy cheap imitation parts, in the short term seems to save costs, but this brings hidden dangers, may also cause greater harm to the use of piston pumps.
