The piston pump is a primary piece of equipment in the hydraulic system. It relies on the plunger to reciprocate in the cylinder block, so that the volume of the sealing chamber changes to complete oil absorption and oil pressure.
The plunger has to reciprocate in the cylinder block, therefore, it has a large amount of movement, and needs to withstand immeasurable friction during operation, therefore, the plunger pleads for high hardness, wear resistance, service life and high precision. Through the discussion, the selection of quenching heat treatment can meet the skill request of the plunger.
Quenching is a heat treatment technique that heats the steel to a temperature above the critical temperature Ac3 (sub-eutectic steel) or Ac1 (pereutectic steel), holds it for a period of time to make it fully or somewhat austenitized, and then cools the steel to below Ms (or isothermal near Ms) at a cooling rate greater than the critical cooling rate for martensite (or bainite) modification. Quenching skills are widely used in the modern machinery manufacturing industry. The main parts of machinery, especially the steel parts used in automobiles, airplanes and rockets, are simply quenched.
In the machine, all the holes of the unit should be covered. Place the unit on the basis of buried anchor bolts, and between the base and the foundation, use pairs of wedge pads for correction. Correct the concentricity of the pump shaft and the motor shaft, on the outer circle of the coupling avenue, the tolerance is 0.1 mm, the vacancy of the plane of the two couplings should be ensured to be 2~4 mm, and the vacancy should be uniform with a tolerance of 0.3 mm. After connecting the pipeline and judging the rolling direction of the motor, connect the coupling and check the concentric aroma of the shaft again. After 2~3 hours of Xi trial operation of the unit, the final inspection is made, and if there is no bad phenomenon, the equipment is considered qualified. Check the temperature and oscillation of the bearing during the trial operation as follows: loosen the coupling, use the level to place on the pump shaft and the base of the electric oil pump, adjust the wedge pad, correct the level of the unit, and properly tighten the anchor bolts to prevent walking. In order to prevent the debris in the pipeline from entering the pump, a filter should be installed in the pump glue for the pipeline of the new equipment, and its useful cross-section should be 2~3 times larger than the cross-section of the suction pipe.
